Snappy Autumn Spread

Ingredients:

• 1 15-ounce can Pumpkin
• 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese
• 6 ounces Whipping Cream
• 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
• Ginger Snap Cookies
• Vanilla Wafer Cookies

Procedure & Notes:

• Beat together pumpkin and cream cheese.
• Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
• Serve in a hollowed-out pumpkin with ginger snaps and vanilla wafers.
