August 1 - Merchant Applications Due with $100 deposit
August 15 - Applicants Notified of Merchant Selection Status and Packet Mailed to Selected Merchants (Packet includes contract, merchant information sheet, payment reminders, merchant helper request form, loading/unloading request form, request form for additional booth amenities, storage information, program ad sale information/deadlines and hotel/local interest information)
September 15 - Booth Rental Balance Due (No refunds to merchants after this date)
October 1- Packet Mailed to Jingle Jubilee Merchants (Packet includes merchant badges; parking information and parking pass; booth assignment with confirmation of additionally requested amenities such as electrical outlets, chairs, etc.; confirmation of unloading/loading times & docks; lists of merchant helpers for hire; details about merchant lounge; merchant bank information; map of Tallahassee and downtown restaurants; and other information as deemed appropriate)
October 3- Jingle Jubilee tickets go on sale to the public
Thursday, December 8
noon – Merchants begin moving into Civic Center; move-in must be complete by 11 p.m.)
Friday, December 9
11 a.m. – JLT Sustainer Luncheon and Event Kick-off
12 p.m. – Event Begins 5 p.m. - Girl’s Night Out Cocktail Hour and Shopping Event 9 p.m. – Shopping Concludes for Day 1
Saturday, December 10
8 a.m. - Merchants may enter Civic Center 9 a.m. – Shopping Continues 9 a.m. – Breakfast with Santa (seating 1) 11 a.m. – Breakfast with Santa (seating 2) 6 p.m. – JLT Holiday Party and Shopping 9 p.m. – Shopping Concludes for Day 2
Sunday, December 11
10 a.m. – Merchants may enter Civic Center 11 a.m. – Shopping Continues 5 p.m. – Shopping Event Concludes 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Merchant Move-Out
* Quality entertainment provided throughout the event (i.e. The Tallahassee Ballet, Tallahassee Boys Choir, Tallahassee Youth Orchestra, Florida State University Steel Drum Band)
